Try PrivyClean on Android

PrivyClean for Android is in testing on Google Play. Anyone can join: it takes three taps, and the app is free to try. It finds and removes the hidden metadata in your photos, videos and documents, including the AI tags that make Instagram add its "AI content" label.

  1. Join the testers group

Sign in with the Google account your phone's Play Store uses, then tap Join group. Google Groups may then show an empty group or say you can't see its content. That's normal: you're in. Go on to step 2.

    Join the group
  2. Become a tester

Open this link with the same Google account and tap Become a tester.

  3. Install from Google Play

If Google Play says the app can't be found, wait a few minutes after step 2 and try again.

One favour: please stay in the test for two weeks. Google lets me release the app to everyone only after testers have stayed in for 14 days. Uninstalling is fine; just don't tap "Leave the program".
