How the cleaner works
When you clean a file, the tool draws the image onto an HTML5 Canvas element and exports a fresh copy. The Canvas API only transfers pixel data — all metadata layers (EXIF, XMP, IPTC, C2PA, JUMBF) are dropped in the process. The result is a visually identical image with zero hidden data.
